Manor house has not been preserved. Up to 1920ies Dreilini forester's manor occupied wast area which was not covered with buildings then - it stretched up to Talizvalza Street in the south. In 1920ies - 30ies in the manor house there was located house of Riga city Dreilini forester and land properties belonging to it.
In 1971 there was aloud to design the building of the executive board of Vidzeme district of Riga city (then - Proletarians district) and for this there were demolished buildings in brivibas gatve 264, 266 etc., as well as in Bajaru Street 1 and 3.
Nowadays the location of this manor house is marked by a group of old trees at the building of executive board.
