It is hard to localise this manor house due to contradicting information and schematic maps.
In the work by J.C.Brotze (1., p.79.) there is marked manor house from 17th century. Map is dated with 1700 and manor house is shown approximately near the present day K.Ulmana gatve. Igelstrem manor is shown also in schematic map from 1677, here Brotze mentions that he does not know anything about this manor (written in 1812) and considers that it could be located near Dzeguzkalns. In another map from 1700 (1., p.207.) manor house with inscription "Igelströms Höfgen" again is shown near K.Ulmana gatve. This manor was located on Biekensala island.
We can assume that Igelstrem family in different times had different manor houses in different locations.
